2. Content & Credits

• Free Prompts: You can use them freely for personal or commercial projects.
• Premium Prompts: These require credits or a plan. Do not share premium content publicly.
• Your Content: If you submit prompts, you let us share them on the platform. You keep ownership, but you give us a license to display them.

3. Your Account

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to ban your account without refund.

4. No Warranties

NanoBanana is provided "as is". We try our best to keep things running smoothly, but we aren't liable if the site goes down, if a prompt doesn't work perfectly for your specific model, or if data is lost.
